Who this is

This directory is run personally by me, Rotem, as a community-building initiative for Melbourne's Jewish and Israeli business owners. It isn't operated by a separate company. By joining, you're agreeing to these terms with me directly.

Membership

Membership costs $9.99/month, billed automatically until you cancel. An optional logo add-on (+$2.99/month) is available separately. Membership gives you a listing in the directory and access to browse and contact other members.

I keep a shortlist of who's eligible to join, based on the community this is built for. I can decline or remove membership at my discretion, including for conduct that breaks the rules below.

Billing & cancellation

Payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card details. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund the current billing period. If something goes wrong with a charge, email me and I'll sort it out directly.

Your profile and content

You own what you upload: your photo, business details, and anything else on your card. By adding it, you're giving other members of the directory permission to see it as part of your listing. You're responsible for making sure what you post is accurate and yours to share.

Using the directory

Member contact details are shared for genuine networking purposes only. Please don't:

• Scrape, export, or resell the directory or member contact information
• Use another member's details for spam, cold outreach unrelated to the community, or mass marketing
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your business

Breaking these can result in your membership being cancelled without a refund.

No guaranteed outcomes

I built this to help members meet people and do business with each other, and I put real effort into good introductions, but I can't guarantee any referral, introduction, or deal made through the directory will lead to a specific business outcome. That part is between you and whoever you connect with.

Your data

Your account and profile data is stored with Supabase and payments are processed by Stripe. I use it to run the directory (matching, billing, and the weekly member shout-out) and don't sell it to third parties. If you'd like your data deleted, email me and I'll remove it.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms as the community grows. If I make a material change, I'll let members know by email. Continuing to use the directory after a change means you accept the update.

Liability

The directory is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for losses arising from your use of the directory or your dealings with other members. Nothing here limits any consumer rights you have under Australian law that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
